Q:Could you support the customized products? Could you accept the fee of
customizing?
A:We support various kinds of customizing and if your number of order
quantity is large enough, we will customize for you free.

Q: Which way of payment do you accept?
A:We accept telegraphic transfer, letter of credit, western union money
transfer, Paypal and cash.

Q:Could you accept customized packaging?
A:Of courese, the bags, gift boxes and the display boxes all can be customized
with your logo.

Q:How many colors could be chose?
A:The color could be customized by your special demands. You need to tell me
what's your favourite color or the common one.

Q:What's the standard about your sample fee.
A:We can provide a free sample to you but you need to pay the freight.

Q:How do you gurrantee your products?
A:Firstly, we will provide you a sample and then we will produce regualrly only
if you confirm the samlpe.

Q: When will make delivery?
A: Delivery Time
-Sample Order:1-3 days after receipt of the full payment.
-Stock Order:3-7days after receipt of the full payment
-OEM Order:12-20days after receipt of the deposit.
After-sales Service
1 year warranty for all kinds of products;
If you find any defective accessories first time,we will give you the new parts for free to
replace in the next order, as an experienced manufacturer, you can rest assured of the
quality and after-sales service.
